Terms of Service

1. Accounts

Access requires a verified account. New sign-ins may require administrator approval. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Plans & billing

Paid plans (e.g. Solo, Team) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Eligible plans include a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and the plan renews automatically each term.

3. Cancellation & refunds

• No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• Access until term end. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid monthly term. You are not charged again after that.
• You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your billing settings — no email or support request required.

4. Data retention & deletion

Your workspaces and all associated data are permanently deleted when your paid plan expires (at the end of the term following cancellation, or upon non-payment). Deletion is irreversible. You are responsible for saving any content you wish to keep before your plan expires. We are not liable for data lost due to plan expiration, cancellation, or non-payment.

Right to erasure. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time, immediately, from your billing settings — this is irreversible and takes effect at once.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use elodus for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Service & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Privacy

We take privacy seriously: we never sell your data, and we never mine the content you create. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect (very little) and how we use it.
