That address reaches the people who build Elodus. There is no ticket queue to navigate and no bot in between.
What to include
You don't have to — a one-line "this is broken" is genuinely fine. But if you can, these make it much faster for us to fix:
- The page you were on (paste the URL).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The workspace involved, if it's specific to one.
- If it's about connecting an AI assistant: which client (Claude, ChatGPT, LibreChat, Cursor, Codex…).
Please don't email us an API key or password — we never need one, and we'll never ask for it.
Reporting a bug from inside the app
If you're signed in, the Send feedback option in your user menu is often easier: it records the page you were looking at along with your message, so the report carries its own context.
Security
Found a security issue? Please report it privately to [email protected] rather than posting it publicly, and give us a chance to fix it first. We take these seriously and will keep you updated.
